Negotiable: The price that is asked by the sellers is offered as UNFURNISHED. However, the sellers are interested in possibly selling part or all of the personal items.

* SHORT SALE DISCLOSURE:
SHORT SALE properties are normally offered in "AS-IS CONDITION", which means that the seller will not guarantee or repair defects to the property at all. The buyer may come to an agreed sales price with the seller but the bank can stop the transaction.
