Our 2nd home is a lovely Laurel model on the 11th fairway with 3 bedrooms, 3 baths, heater pool & spa. For 2011 season, it is still available from January 3rd to February 2nd.  References with many more photos are available.

The community has a clubhouse with formal and casual dining and a community center hosts a pro shop, fitness center, hobby room, community pool and har-tru tennis courts.  Golf is on a pay per play basis.  CCC is ideally located close to I-75.  Shopping, restaurants, and entertainment are nearby and the Southwest Regional Airport is just twenty minutes away.  Come and enjoy a walk through the nature trails. 

House rules…smoking not allowed and no pets allowed.

Transfer fee of $212.00 and 11% tourist tax will be added to all rates.
